OXYLESS-100 NOZZLE

The OXYLESS-100 NOZZLE is the perfect item when you're running short of Oxygen and you need some temporary brazing operation with a limited parts volume. What’s more, this is an extra solution that some customers use for their entire production, finding it convenient and offering a nice brazing result. The Oxygen is pumped in and mixed in with the Acetylene via the holes nozzles to give a larger flame. The flame is not going to be oxidising since the Oxygen mixed in is at the atmospheric pressure. 

It is perfectly compatible with all our number 0 size BRAZING WELDING TORCHES  as well as with our OXY ACETYLENE WEDLING/BRAZING ( OAWB) STATIONS bearing in mind you will temporarily not make a use of the Oxygen bottle of the OAWB.

The system is used with an 800L bottle minimum. 
The system remains cold during utilisation. 
The flame is pretty large and surrounds the parts.
